From our first phone call, Pam was the most genuine jeweler we interacted with. She asked all about us, our story and wanted to truly get to know us as a couple. I felt instantly that she truly cared about who we were and wasn't just trying to sell us something. After she got to know a little bit about us, we dove into ring shopping and what I wanted. She cared about our budget and the quality we were receiving. She told me she would hunt around for the perfect diamond and get back to us. She brought us a few diamonds where we carefully inspected each one and she taught us about what to look for, as well as any qualities specific to each diamond. We chose the center stone (my now husband and I) and were off to designing the setting. After we drew it out, she sent my husband the wax mold of it, where he finalized any details. She then had the ring ready and it was truly gorgeous. Pam was easy to work with, loving, caring and so incredibly discerning about our desires. She also created my wedding band which is absolutely stunning. My husband and I both adore Pam and will absolutely go to her for all our future jewelry. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a genuine jeweler who truly wants to get you what you want without breaking the bank.
